车流量断崖式下跌,随着全国大部分地区宅家禁令的生效,出门开车的人数急剧下跌。但是在加利福尼亚,《洛杉矶时报》的数据表明,那些仍然开车出门的人,都开得非常快。加州高速巡逻发现超速100英里每小时的罚单增长了87%。

之前就要消息称纽约现在的超速罚单是疫情禁行前的两倍,尽管所有五个行政区的汽车行驶里程都大幅减少了92%,但是交通流量是诸如纽约城,洛杉矶,旧金山这样的城市最主要的超速限制。现在不堵了,人们开车就疯狂起来。
